The internet is a great tool and place to find a rental villa. It also is all I use, as it helps me initially “qualify” prospective guests as those who own or can at least use a computer AND who can communicate effectively. On the other hand, the internet can be a sewer of swindlers, crooks and criminals..so I thought it would be helpful to include a few references. These are expensive vacations, you should know that the person you are dealing with is both honest & straightforward.

I have developed, owned and rented villas on the North Coast of Grand Cayman for a number of years now (about 7). I have made many contacts; professionally and socially. I also work pretty hard to maintain a good reputation on (and off) the island. I own 3 rental villas on the island,  manage www.grandcaymanhomes.com ; www.grandcaymanvillas.net and a few other websites for my friends who own villas as well..

Pretty much any establishment on the North Coast of Grand Cayman you go into, you can ask about me. I do business with all of them, but the easiest references for you will be those who will help you as well with your vacation; specifically transportation, diving and dining!
