Thank you for your rental inquiry for Cayman Castle and/or the Guesthouse.
Please remember you will be renting a private home. I do have an on-island
professional manager who you can call should something not work or you need help/advice. And, unlike a
home you might rent from a travel agency; you will also have my work/home
numbers as well. Should you decide to rent Cayman Castle or the Guesthouse, we can help you arrange many things for your vacation--from pre-stocking the house with groceries to hiring a private boat & captain for snorkeling or diving. I have many contacts for services and I send them all to my guests. I have included some attachments that will help you. I also include my references and a sample lease, with deposit/cancellation policies and basic rental policies. Feel free to print them out, share this site with potential families who might join you, etc.
90% of all private villas are on the Northside/East End of
the island, and 90% of all the condos and hotels are on 7 Mile Beach. You will
quickly discover that the cruise ships, construction, commercialism and crowds of 7-Mile
I don’t block out weeks on my availability calendar until I receive a note or call that the signed lease/deposit is in the mail. Should you want the lease; please send me an e-mail with a mailing address, daytime phone number, size/composition of group (ages above/below 18), and any special needs you have (high chair, crib, etc.). I will of course put a 72 hold courtesy hold on the places if you ask me to. One caveat: I have my house listed with two travel agencies that have the right to “Instant Booking” on my calendar. If a (Sat. to Sat.) week is shown available, they can grab it. So if you get close to booking the week, and would be upset if it rented away...please call me so I can protect you for a day or so (see "72 hour hold" above)

If the Castle is not exactly what you are looking for-- Please know that I manage www.grandcaymanvillas.net for many of the owners on the island. I can write a lease of any of them. I provide a lot of information, maps, photographs, etc of the villas-- I can find something for you that does fit. I own three villas here and visit often--no travel agent will be able to describe each villas merits and demerits as well as I can--
