The glass-blocked stairway from the foyer & bar area leads to the main living area with 40' oceanfront roofed balcony, dining, kitchen, living & TV Areas. We have a large mahogany writing desk as well. Also on this floor are two master suites; (1) a "West Indies" decorated King and a (2) a colorful "Maine Cottage" style Queen with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Spiral stairs in the main area lead to the third-floor  master suite. All en-suite baths are oversized, finished with  tile & glass-block showers, granite counters and shower thresholds & have identical amenities.

The living area on the second floor is formal enough for entertaining, but also casual enough in which to spread out, eat and/or watch satellite TV or a family movie on the 50" PLASMA TV (Dish Network with movie packages). The teak dining table outside has 2 armchairs and (4) two-person benches (which can seat 3 small children too). We also have (6) painted Adirondack chairs on the terrace for conversation and cocktail hour (and watching shooting stars).
