Each of the bedroom suites offers either a king or queen bed; glass-block shower, granite & tiled bathroom and central air-conditioning. This is a home first, and a rental villa second. We found with our first Cayman Villa ( www.caymansands.com) that if your home looks like you don't care about it, then neither will your guests.  Our sandy beach is walled from the road and has an oleander hedge as well for additional privacy.

Either/both of these fully equipped rental villas are perfect for those seeking privacy, large family reunions or vacations, and small (max 40 people) weddings .  The rocky point in front of the Castle dissuades casual passersby from walking on your beach. The protective reef is almost a mile offshore, which creates a wonderful lagoon full of calm, clear water for boating, snorkeling, scuba, windsurfing and other water sports.  This architecturally unusual villa has one of the most unbelievable views of the Caribbean Sea of any rental villa on Grand Cayman, and a superior level of privacy and amenities. We have some great spots right in front of the castle (about 200 yards) for snorkeling as well. (3) Kayaks provided.

With a 200' setback from the road out front, our guests enjoy their privacy.  Other than the occasional fisherman netting minnows in the shallows, the waters in front of the castle are very private. Morritt's Tortuga   and The Reef Resort are about 3 miles north for jet-ski, scuba, sailing and fantastic windsurfing (right).

The 2BR Guesthouse offers a Caribbean-style roof over the oceanfront patio for some protection from the sun and offers additional  living space. This also allows our guests to open the french doors to the tradewinds without fear of a sudden rainstorm dashing their plans.
